REFUND POLICY

1. Business Listings & Advertisements
Payments for business listings and advertisements are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

2. Event Tickets
Refund requests for event tickets must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date to qualify for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued.

3. Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
